RUNNING WITH THE PACK
Price list for Italian food and wines.
First pressed, unfiltered, extra virgin olive oil
These oils are cold-pressed from olives that are hand-picked from olive groves overlooking Lucca. To achieve the finest olive oil, each tree is picked only when the olives have reached perfect ripening and are pressed within hours of picking. To prevent damage to the olives, they are picked in small qualities to avoid crushing and travel only five kilometres to the mill.
Our flavoured oils are not flavoured artificially or through infusion. Rather, to achieve their fresh flavour, fresh, organic chilli or lemons are crushed with the olives in the final stages of the oil·s extraction. This gives an exceptional flavour.
As with all our products, production is limited, on average only 1,000 litres are produced each year. |
